Information on out-of-court dispute resolution

With regard to an obligation under §§36, 37 VSBG, we inform you that our practice concerning an out-of-court dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration board i.S.d. VSBG is not obliged to participate in such a procedure.
The Berlin Dental Association has set up an arbitration board for disputes arising from the occupation according to the Berlin Chamber Act (BKG), which can be called by patients in case of doubt about the accuracy of dental services.
